I bought a big induction cooker. After 1.5 months it broke... They needed almost 2 weeks to repair it. Within 3 weeks it broke again... They needed almost 2 weeks to fix it. Within a month it broke again... Guess how long it took them to fix it? Yes, almost 2 weeks again. With 3 weeks it broke again... I'm not kidding! I had to go back a 4th time for the same issue! I bought an oven... They fixed it within a week! I just went to pick it up. I got there around 12.20 pm and got told :"it's lunch break, come back at 1pm".....Conclusion : the products are too low quality and no respect for the customers. You decided for yourself if you want to buy something in a place like this!

Customers aren't allowed to enter and told to wait outside while they are processing the release or receipt of items. No customer lounge or whatsoever just 2 or 3 mono block chairs shared with the guard. To be fair, the guards were courteous. The item was serviced in week's time. You just need to follow up via text or call since no one will contact you after the repair.

They have lifetime service guarantee and you're sure that the part you need will be available even if sometimes you need to wait. Location is quite convenient. Customer service is fair. People are ready to attend to you, knowledgeable of their products. You can get discounted prices from products with damaged boxes or slight dent/scratch

Good place to shop for household appliances. I bought a blender here for my day to day household usage. Purchased this brand for the first time ever so I am not really sure if it is going to be worth. They have refurbished and brand new items available here. You can get discounts up to 50% on the refurbished or slightly defective items and there is a 10% discount on new items.

Bought a blender here coz wanted to have a durable machine so I decided to pay the higher price. Well, the engine just stopped working after 6 month. Went back and they fixed it in three weeks instead of the promised one week plus three follow up phone calls. After arriving home I tried the blender and the water was leaking at the bottom of the pitcher plus it made a funny noise. Took it apart and turned out that the blade is loosen looked like the bearing wear out suddenly, it was working fine before. Went back to the service but of course the blade is not under the warranty I tried to explain that the blade was working fine until they "fixed" it but of course no way to prove it and they obviously didn't care. Technician said it is a very common problem with their blenders. They tried to sell me a blade that was for a different type of blender, it was obviously a cheap spare part probably not even Imarflex because the guy just got it from the storage without any packaging or unit number. Of course I didn't buy it, no more Imarflex for me specially not from them.
